Sketching pictures from photos in the computer is indeed challenging and eye straining.
Here are two of the sketches which I am not going to change/erase and redo because of some
inaccuracies. Can I ever draw from memory?

Father-in-law turned Dr Jekyll

My first attempt at water colour painting this portrait of my very old father-in-law .  Lesson learnt...no need to put in the wrinkles if you want to please your patron; they will definitely be happier if you make them decades younger.

And I must not let my mother -in- law see this.  She will complain about using the wrong photo because my father-in-law was photographed just after he woke up fom his nap.
He is my first 'guinea pig'.  As for the ladies, they have hinted about not making them look like some characters in the 'Sim'.
